SAID STATE AND COUNTY:
The petition of H. W. Hamp
ton, James S. Tankersley, Jr.,
; and O. L. Foster states to the
court the following petition:
(1) That they desire for them
selves, their associates and suc
cessors to be made a body poli-;
tic under the name and style of;
Tooga Theatre; Incorporated for '
the period of twenty years.
(2) The principle office of the;
company shall be in the city of;
Summerville and county afore
said, but petitioners desire the;
right to establish branches with;
offices in this State or elsewhere,
whenever the holders of majori- j
ty of the stock may so determine.
(3 ) The object of said corpora-1
tion is pecunariary gain to itself
and its shareholders.
(4) The principle place of busi
ness will be in the City of Sum
merville, Georgia, and in the
I County of Chattooga.
(5) The business to be carried
on by said corporation is a gen
eral motion picture business.
(6> The'capital stock of the
corporation shall be $20,000.00
with the priviledge of increasing
same to the sum of $75,000.00 by
a majority vote of stockholders.
Said stock to be divided into I
1,000 (one thousand) shares no- ;
par value. Ten per cent of cap
ital stocks to be employed by
them has actually been paid in.
Petitioners desire the right to
the subscription to said capital
stock paid in money or property I

(7) Petitioners desire the right
to sue and be sued, to plead and

ty of the corporation and to se
cure the same by mortgage, se
curity deed, or other form of lien.
(8) They desire for said in
corporation the power and au
thority to apply for and accept
amendments to its charter of ei
ther form or substance by vote
of majority of its stock outstand
ing at the time. They also ask
authority for said corporation
to wind up its affairs, liquidate
and discontinue its business at
any time if they may determine
to do so by a vote of two-thirds
of its stock outstanding at the
time.
(9) They desire for said in
corporation the right of renewal
when and as provided by the
laws of Georgia, and that it may
