The W. M. U. will meet at the
church at 8 p. m. Saturday, May
21. Mrs. H. E. Mathis is presi
dent. Mrs. H. M. Rosser will
have charge of the program.
The Farm Bureau monthly
meeting will be held Friday
night, May 27, in the home of
Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Mathis. Mr.
Mathis will be in charge, of the
program. The subject will be
“Southern Crops.” Its the men’s
night to entertain the group.
There will not be a W. H. D.
club meeting on the mountain
this month, Miss Omie Wiley,
the Demonstration Club Agent,
will be in Athens for the week.
