Murphy, of Berea, visited the J. M. Murphys Sunday. Jimmy Tucker, of West Geor gia College, spent a few days with his mother, Mrs. J. W. Tucker, last week and returned to West Georgia for summer school. George Tucker, of Cleveland, Tenn., spent the week-end with his mother. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Evans and children, of Rome, are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Majors for a few days after a trip to Texas, Ar kansas and Oklahoma. Their main visit was San Antonio, Texas., with Mrs. Bess Chap man. Mrs. Janie King has returned after a visit to Chattanooga, Tenn. Miss Hugh Belle Dodd, of At lant, spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Sell McWhorter and they attended Miss Margar et Jo McWhorter’s graduation at G. S. C. W. the first of the week. Mrs. S. W. Tribble, Miss Lucille Tribble and Mrs. Edna Shaw, of Trion, and Miss Grace Weaver, of Summerville, visited friends in Menlo Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. J. H.
