the bride of William Dickerson,
of Chattanooga, Sunday, March
25, at the home of her grand
mother, Mrs. R. N. Crawford, at
Taliaferro.

beth White. They were assisted
in serving by their mothers.

Delicate pink iced cakes and
white individual squares, hold
ing tiny rosebuds, caught the
eye along with a dainty assort
ment of sandwiches, nuts and
mints.
Pouring tea was Mrs. Hoyt
Farmer. Others assisting in serv
ing were Mrs. J. Andrew Mos
teller, of Athens, sister of the'

The Neighbors’ Sewing Circle
met March 26th in the home of
Mrs. D. L. McWhorter. Miss
Mittie Dodd had charge of the
program on Birds. She gave an
interesting history of the blue
bird.
