The maximum number of
shares of stock shall be 500
shares all of which shall be com

and management of the Cor
poration, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be
amended.

Your petitioners herewith ex
hibit the certificate of the Sec
retary of the State of Georgia, as
required by Section 22-1803,
Georgia Code Annotated.
WHEREFORE petitioners pray
to be incorporated under the
name and style aforesaid, with
all the rights, powers, privileges
and immunities hereinbefore set
forth, and such additional
rights, powers and privileges as
may be necessary, proper or in
cident to the conduct of the
businesses aforesaid, and as may
be inherent in, or allowed to like
corporations under the laws of
the State of Georgia, as they
now exist, or may hereinafter
exist.

ered.
It appearing that the petition
is within the purview and inten
tion of the laws applicable
thereto, and all of said laws have
been fully complied with, includ
ing the presentation of the cer
tificate from the Secretary of
State, as required by Section
22-1803, Georgia Code of 1933;
It is hereby ordered, adjudged
and decreed that all of the
prayers of said petition are
granted, and said applicants and
their associates, successors and
assigns, are hereby incorporated
and made a body politic under
the name and style of CLEMONS
BROS. COMPANY of SUMMER
VILLE, INC., for and during a
period of thirty-five years with
the privilege of renewal at the
expiration of that time, accord
ing to the laws of Georgia, and
that said Corporation is hereby
granted and vested with all the
rights and privileges mentioned
in said petition.
