Friendship
Church Sets
Revival
The Rev. John Crowe will
speak at a revival at Friendship
Baptist Church six miles south
of Menlo next week.
The Rev. Mr. Crowe, formerly
of Cherokee County, Ala., is now
pastor of the Friendship Baptist i
Church in Rome.
Services will be at 8 pm.

cil of Parents and Teachers. She
also helped found the inter-de
nominational Christian Youth
League, for which she serves as
advisor, and has been active in
the West Summerville branch of
the Summerville Methodist
Church. She is superintendent of
the Youth Department of the
Summerville Methodist Church. I
and for two years was president
of the Summerville Elementary
School P-TA. She has served as
district recreation director for
the P-TA. is counselor for the
Summerville Methodist Youth
Fellowship, neighborhood chair
man of the Girl Scouts, a Cub I
den mother and a Brownie lea- |
der. She is a former member of
the Jaycettes and has served as
residential chairman for both!

Willie Ralph Cooper Jr. was
sentenced two years on burglary

an egg house and Harold Lamb
was sentenced to seven months i
