Robby Hall, Scotti Howell
and Mike Hall are three young
fellows who don’t know what
Sunday would be like without
Sunday School. They attend
the Mountain View Baptist
Church and have not missed a
Sunday in their life.
Robby was born July 8
1965, in Klamith Falls, Ore.^
where his father was stationed
with the U. S. Air Force. His
first church was Stewart Lenox
Baptist. His first teacher was
Mrs. Norman Williams and
N. O. Williams was the Sunday
School superintendent. He has

designated a regional clearing
house for proposed federal
grant-in-aid projects for cities
and counties in its ten-county
area. According to the Bureau
of the Budget, all future proj
ects must be reviewed by both
the Coosa Valley Area Planning
and Development Commission
and the state clearinghouse
(Bureau of State Planning and
Community Affairs) before
action can be taken in Washing
ton.
The purpose of the clearing
house review is to help insure
proper planning for future
development. Local and re
gional plans must be con
sidered in projects utilizing fed
eral grants-in-aid.

Scotti is the 17-year-old son
ot Mr and Mrs. Carlos Howell,
21 Fifth St., Trion. While on
vacation, he has attended Sun
day School in Florida, Tennes
see, Maryland, Alabama, De
'roit > Mich., and Brunswick,
v>a. When he was in the local
hospital, his teachers, Charles
Wells and Eugene Hall, came
and studied the lesson with
him.
His grandparents are Mr
and Mrs. Henry Howell, Route
1, Trion, and the late Rev. and
Mrs. John F. Scott. The Rev.
Mr. Scott was a well-known
Baptist minister.
Scotti will be a senior in the
71 class of Trion High School.
After going the entire twelve
years to the Trion City
Schools, he has many friends.
He is in all the school activities,
has been a Boy Scout, a mem
j several clubs in school
and for four years was a drum
mer for the THS marching
band. His hobbies are swim
ming, skating, reading and
riding a motorcycle.
His one desire is to make
people laugh. When asked what
he thought about people, he
replied, “I like ’em.”

Mike Woods of Pearl River,
La., and Miss Cindy Morgan of
Slidell, La., arrived at Mike’s
aunt’s, Mrs. G. C. Pickle,
Wednesday afternoon for a few
days’ visit with relatives. They
will leave Sunday morning for
their homes in Pearl River and
Slidell, La.

Hurley’s houses last week.
