The wedding of Miss
Annelle Rattray and Richard
LaFayette Studdard was
solemnized Sept. 5 at the home
of the bride’s parents. The Rev.
Ecil Chandler officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee
Rattray of Jamestown, Ala.
The bridegroom’s parents are
Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Gaines
Studdard of Parrish, Ala.
The bride was attired in a
gown of imported Swedish
brocade, appliqued with seed
pearls. Her veil of illusion was
held by velvet petals and
pearls. She carried a bouquet

After a wedding trip, the
couple will reside in Fairfield,
Ala.

in Walhalla, S. C. Probate Judge Reid was the of
ficiant. Mrs. Wyatt is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Austin Warren Jr. of Summerville. The bride
groom’s narents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Wyatt,

daughter,. Kathy Elaine, to
Billy Wayne Mobbs, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Joe L. Mobbs of
Cedar Bluff, Ala.
1 he bride-elect is a graduate
of Gaylesville High School and
is employed by Richie’s of
Summerville. She is the grand
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J.
Sentell and Mr. and Mrs. L. E.
Murphy, all of Jamestown, Ala.
Mr. Mobbs is a graduate of
Mrs. Walter Elliott has re
turned home after several days’
visit with her sister-in-law, Mrs.
Geraldine Burton, of Henagar,
Ala. While there she also visited
other friends and relatives.

returned home after spending

seven o’clock in the evening at
