church services at Berryton
Church of God Wednesday
night. The Brooks Christian
Singers were special guests.
Mrs. Mildred Woodall and
. Mrs Joe Reed, Susan and Joe
Milton attended the home
coming at Welcome Hill Baptist
Church Sunday. They visited
Mr. and Mrs. Palmour Sunday
afternoon. Mr. Palmour is ill at
his home and we wish for him
a speedy recovery.

Church Sunday night The
Scenic Land Boys of Chatta
nooga were guest singers.
Members of the Chattooga
County Homemakers Clubs
will attend the Georgia Moun
tain Fair at Hiawassee Tuesday,
August 8. They will leave from
the Goodyear parking lot at 8
a m. Everyone is asked to pack
a sack lunch in order to stop at
a roadside park and save time
at noon eating. While at the
fair, they plan to attend the
Dahlia Show, an outstanding
event of the fair.

Economist, and grace was
given.
Following the bountiful
picnic, Jimmy Wright, enter
tained the guests.
A most enjoyable occasion

reunion Sunday, July 30, at
the Memorial Home. Some
sixty guests were present.

Connie and Gay Johnston
are spending a few weeks in
Brunswick with Mr. and Mrs.
Harvey Crosby and children.
Greg Crosby remained in
Lyerly for a visit with the
Johnstons.
Mrs. Lena Bishop, who is
recovering from a recent illness
at her home, had as guests the
