Club meeting in Lyerly.

from Proverbs 35.

things they saw at the North
Georgia Mountain Fair in

The September meeting will
be hosted by Mrs. Tennie Ruth
Tidmore at 1:30 p.m. on the
second Tuesday in September.

The Senior Youth will meet
each Tuesday night at Lyerly
Fellowship Hall at 8:00 for a
time of singing, devotions, and
sharing time of what Christ
means to me. This is presented
by the Lyerly Methodist
Church and it is especially for
all young people over 12 years
of age.
Sunday will be a proud day
for members of the Lyerly
Methodist Church. They will
dedicate their new fellowship
building. They are very proud
of their new building and invite

opening date has been changed
to Sept. 5 at 8:30. Mrs. Char
lotte Hawkins and Mrs. Judy
Ragon will be teaching at the
kindergarten.
The Pennville Alliance
Church will have a lakeside
Baptismal Service Sunday,
Aug. 27. Rev. Charles Crowe,
the pastor, reports that they
have seven candidates.
Lyerly Methodist Church
will be having homecoming
Sunday, Aug. 27. Their guest
singers for the morning
worship will be the Scenic
Land Quartet. A covered dish
dinner will follow the morning
worship.
