ville, and the groom is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin

The double-ring ceremony
was performed by the Rev.
Hoyt Parker of LaFayette.
The church was decorated
beautifully with an arch
candelabra in the center with
greenery and white candles,
and a spiral candelabra on
each side. Also, there were
two white wicker baskets in
the background filled with
blue, white and peach-colored
mums, accented with carna
tions and gladiolus. There
were also single candle-stands
lined with greenery and big
white ribbons on each side of
the church representing the
seats of the mother and father
of the bride and groom.
The music for the
ceremony was provided by
Miss Kim Pledger, pianist,
and Miss Lori Pledger and
Angela Whaley.
Miss Whaley sang, “If” as
the groom, best man and
preacher came into the
church. Next the matron of
honor, Mrs. Cindy Early, of
Boaz, Ala., and Miss Joni
Parker, maid of honor, along
with the other bridesmaids,

all escorted in after Miss Lori

Just Begun.”
Carla Chisolm and Mitzi

each carrying a long-stemmed
carnation dipped in peach,
with greenery and long peach
colored ribbons. The
bridesmaids carried the same
arrangements, only larger.
The attendants wore peach
colored floor-length gowns
with a big ruffle at the bottom
and a lace ruffle at the top.
The bride, given in mar
riage by her brother, Bobby
Chisolm, of Summerville, wore
a beautiful white satin gown
overlaid with nylon and lace,
with a floor-length veil of
nylon net with embroidered
lace daisies. Her bouquet was
blue, white and peach-colored
mums and carnations, with
baby’s-breath and lace, tied
with peach and white ribbons.
Jack Cleveland, brother of
the groom, was best man.
Ushers were Jessie Chisolm,

green floor-length dress with a
corsage of white carnations.
The groom’s mother wore a
green dress also with a white
carnation.
The groom wore a navy
blue tuxedo with a red rose
pinned to his lapel.
Near the end of the wed
ding ceremony, the couple

bench while Miss Lori Pledger
sang, "The Wedding Song.”
Following the ceremony, a
reception was held in the
fellowship hall of the church.

and a lace tablecloth covering
the table.
