Authority.
In accordance with the Standard
Specifications, the time set for receiving bid
proposals terminates at 11:00 a.m. at Igoom
234 in the State Highway Building. The bid
proposals will then be lransferr«fto Room
401 where they will be publicly opened. Bid
grupnsnls will not be received u{u’r 11:00 a.m.
