given by the Commissioner of Chattooga County,
Georgia, that sealed bids will be received by the
Commissioner on January 18, 1980, at 10 o'clock
a.m. in the office of the Commissioner, Chattooga
County Courthouse, Summerville, Georgia. Said
bids must be sealed and the words ‘“sealed bid"
written across the outside of the envelope and
received by the Commissioner of Chattooga
County on or before 10 o'clock a.m. on January 18,
1980, at which time and place the bids will be
opened. -
The bids shall be for the purchase by Chat
tooga County, Georgia of two automobiles for use
by the Chattooga County Sheriff's Department ac
cording to specifications, which may be secured
from the Office of the Commissioner after January
14, 1980, and being one 1980 Chevrolet Malibu and
one 1980 Ford Fairmount, according to said
specifications.
The bid as submitted at the price designated
shall be for delivery to the Chattooga County
Sheriff’s Department and shall include all destina
tion charges and delivery expenses. The Commis
sioner reserves the right to accept or reject any
and all bids as submitted.
