Chamber Gets Volunteer Secretary
Cindy Henderson, a Chattooga High School senior,
began working as a volunteer secretary for the Chat
tooga County Chamber of Commerce this week. Cindy
(() is working through the on-the-job program of the
vocational office (ruinin;i (VOT) at the school. She is
receiving experience in the business world, as well as
school credit. She will be working 15 hours a week. Will
Hair (L), vocational supervisor at CHS, Cindy and Rita
Duke (R), chamber executive director, look over a coun
ty map. Cindy will be accompanying Mrs. Duke to
various meetings and functions. Mrs. Duke said the
Chamber of Commerce would be open five days a week
and the phone would always be manned.
