thcoming marriage of their
daughter, Nancy Ann, to
David Kenneth Daniel, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Daniel of
Summerville.
The future bride is the
sister. of Donna Reynolds of
Fort Worth, Texas, and David
Reynolds of Lyerly. She is the
granddaughter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. George Lee Rosser
of Summerville and the late
Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie
Reynolds of Summerville.
Miss Reynolds is a 1978
graduate of Chattooga High
School and a 1980 graduate of
Truett-McConnelft College,
Cleveland. She is presently at
tending the University of
Georgia and will receive a
B.S.H.E. degree in Child
Development next spring.
Miss Reynolds is a mem%er of
South Summerville Baptist
Church. She is employeg by
Atlantic Zayre, Inc., in
Athens.
The prospective bride
%room is the brother of
r{stal Daniel of Summer
ville. He is the grandson of
Mr. C. H. Tipton and the late
Mrs. Catherine Tipton of
Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mr.
and Mrs. Harold Tyree of
Summerville.
Mr. Daniel is a 1980 Honor
graduate of Chattooga High
School. He atten(fed the
University of Georgia and is
currently employed by Atlan
tic Zayre, Inc. in Athens. Prior
to attending the University of
Georgia, he was known by
Chattoogans as an announcer
for WGTA. He is a member of
Summerville First
Presbyterian Church.
The wedding is planned for
July 17 at 7 p.m. at South
Summerville Baptist Church.

and Angie were hosts for a
church picnic at their lovely
country home on Yarbrough
Road in Lyerly in the late
afternoon Saturday.
Tables and folding chairs
were set up under shade trees
on the lawn. Enjoying the
delicious foods and hospitality
were the minister, Ron Fisher,
his family and other members
of Northside Church of Christ.
Out-of-town guest was
Wayne Carter, prosecuting at
torney for the state of South
Carolina.

the wedding of Miss Mary
Katherine Camp, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. fioy F. Camp,
and Steven Morris Bullard,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Bennie
Bullard, Saturday, May 15, at
11 am.
The double-ring ceremony
was performed by the Rev.
W. H. Dean. Mrs. Greg Latta
presented a (f)rogram of tradi
tional wedding music and
guitarist, Tommy Hughes
sang, ‘‘The Wedding Song,”
and ‘‘Longer.”
Miss Camp, given in mar
riage by her father, chose a
traditional floor-length gown
of polyester satapeau featur
ing an Empire bodice encircl
ed with tiny satin ribbons.
The soft A-line skirt and
detachable chapel-length train
were trimmed with two rows
of scalloped chantilace. The
low-scoop neckline and long
tapered sleeves with tiny
satin-covered buttons were
also adorned with chantilace.
A train of bridal illusion
and lace motif was attached to
her derby-styled hat.
She carried a fan-style bou
quet of white daisies, white
roses, stephanotis and
gardenias.
The church was decorated
with an arch entwined with
ivy and magnolia foliage
flanked by a pair of arched
candelabra holSing white bur
ning tapers. A three-branch
candela%rum holding two
white tapers was centered
with a prism candle which was
lighted by the couple at the
conclusion of the ceremony.
Family pews were marked
with white bows and trailing
ivy.
Guests were registered on
the porch before entering the
church. The bridal registry
was attended by Misses Mar
tha Ann Martin and Terri

merville. They wore blue floor
length fiowns styled with a
cape collar. A comb of white
daisies and leather-leaf fern
adorned their hair. Each car
ried a white engraved Bible, a
gift from the bride, topped
with white daisies and
baby’'s-breath with white
satin streamers tied in love
knots.
Miss Becky McConnell
served as flowergirl. Her floor
lel:xith dress of tiny blue and
pink print rosebuds featured a
white apron pinafore. She car
ried a white wicker basket
containing mixed flowers.
The groom's father served
as best man. Usher
%roomsmen were Dennis
ullard, brother of the groom;
Danny Joe Williams and Ken
neth Jennings all of Summer
ville. Ken and Stephen Jenn
ings, nephews of the groom,
served as ringbearers. They
carried identical white satin
mono%'rammed pillows.
Following the ceremony, a
reception was held on the
grounds at the home of the
ride’s grandparents, the late
Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Echols Sr.
Music was provided by Lar
Hicks, Lar(rjy Maddux, Chu(?;
Shields and Waldo Maddux.
The bride’s table was overlaid
with white satin and lace. The
traditional three-tiered wed
ding cake was served with
nuts, mints and punch. -
The groom’s table,
decorated with a fresh fruit ar
rangement, featured a cherry
cake, sausage pinwheels, ham
and biscuits, cheese and
cherry tidbits, champagne

Dailey Street Baptist Church
in Piedmont.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Emory
Pledger of Piedmont, Ala.,
and the groom’'s parents are
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Everett
of Summerville.

performed the double-rin

marriage by her uncle, Byron
