The Chattooga High School Class of '67
had its 15th year reunion June 5 at the
high school cafeteria with Lib Young and
Juanita Ham catering the event.

The annual planning
meeting of Rho Conclave of
Kappa K?)pa lota was held

at the home of Mrs. John D.
Taylor.
Minutes were read and ap
proved. It was reported that
six members have had perfect
attendance for the year
1981-1982. After a brief
discussion, members voted
that executive meetings
would be held tprior to each
meeting, in an effort to handle
routine . business and to
shorten discussion periods bfi
the entire group. This wi
leave more time for the mon
thly programs, members said.

DON KNOWLES
Knowles
Graduates
Robert Donavon Knowles
of Summerville received the
bachelor of arts degree in Bi
ble from Tennessee Temple
University in Chattanooga,
Tenn.
Knowles was one of the
395 graduates to receive a
diploma from Dr. Lee Rober
son, founder and chancellor of
the Baptist institution.
He is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Robert Knowles of Sum
merville. While here at Tem
ple, he was actively involved
in the Universitg band, brass
ensemble, pep band director
and orchestra. Knowles is also
a former member of Pennville
Baptist Church and a 1976
graduate of Chattooga Coun
ty High School.
Shoot Slated
The Little River Wild
Turkey Hunters will sponsor a
skeet shoot Saturday, June
12, at the Cherokee County
Bow-hunters Archery Range.
Registration starts at 2
p-m. Alabama time. Shoot
starts at 3 p.m.
There will be three divi
sions, Junior and Adult
Amateur division and one pro
fessional division. There will
be troghies for all three divi
sions. First, Second and Third
Place.
The entry fee will be $5 for
both Junior and Adult
Amateur division, and $7 for
the Professional division.
