Basketball Camp Participants
The 1982 Chattooga Indians Basketball
Camp was held June 14-18 for
oungsters ages 8 to 14 in the county.

tooga farmers this summer as
part of her duties with the Soil
Conservation Service, accor
ding to director Clentis Pool:
Miss Pierce, an agronomy
student at the University of
Georgia in Athens, has work
ed in Chattooga before with
the program. ‘I also worked
last summer,” said the stu
dent.
Miss Pierce said she will
complete her work here this
summer and return to school
in the fall. However, next
winter the soil service will
employ her once again,
possibly moving her to Chat
tooga
