following described purpose:
Jailhouse Bonds in the principal amount
of Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($925,000) for the purpose of
building, constructing and equipping a new
Jailhouse, acquiring the property necessary
therefore and paying the expenses incident
thereto; and
The bonds of said issue shall be dated
June 1, 1983, shall be in the denomination of
$5.000 each, shall bear interest at a rate or
rates not to exceed 9.125% per annum,
payable on December 1, 1983, and semian
nually thereafter on June | and December 1
in each year, and the j)rim'ipnl of said bond
issue shall mature on June 1, as follows:

The several places for voting will be at the
regular and established voting precincts of
the Election Districts of Chattooga County,

date fixed for said election.
Those qualified to vote at said election
shall be determined in all respects in accor
dance with the Georgia Election Code.
This notice is given pursuant to a resolu
tion of the Commissioner of Chattooga Coun
ty. Georgia. adopted on the 28th day of
March, 1983.

Hall in the Ford complex.

boys’ competition and the top
five winners in the girls’ com
petition. The course will con
sist of seven events with a
?ossible score of 70, 10 points
or each ride.
"A drawing will be held
following the rodeo for two
bicycles, donated by the op
timist club. A bicycle will be
awarded to one girl and one
boy. The scores accumulated
during the rodeo will not have
an]}' bearing on the drawing.
