Bidding Documents may be obtained by Bidders and Sub
bidders from Kirkman Associates Inc. Architects, 243 North
Hamilton Street, Post Otffice Box 1033, Dalton, Georgia 30720,
upon deposit of SIOO.OO per set. Only full sets of documents
will be issued. Deposits will be refunded in accord with the in
structions to Bidders. Sub-bidders and non-bidders will be
refunded their deposit less cost of reproduction and mailing
costs.
Bids for general contract shali be accompanied by a bid bond
in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid, in accord with
the Instructions to Bidders.
A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond,
each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum will be re
quired from the successful bidder.
The Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor shall
be AIA Document AlOl, Standard Form of Agreement between
Owner and Contractor, where the basis of payment is a
stipulated sum.
Modification and withdrawal of bids shall bé in accord with the
Instructions for Bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn for a
period of 30 days after date of receipt of bids.
Bids will be opened at a called meeting Monday, February 25,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room. 5

42 apartment units in Summerville, Ga., located
on Scoggins Trail on the west side of the Lake
Wanda Reita Apartment Complex.
FmHA has assessed the potential en
vironmental impacts of this proposed action
and has determined that it will not significantly
effect the quality of the human environment,
Therefore, FmHA will not prepare an en
vironmental impact statement for this proposed
action. Any written comments regarding this
determination should be provided within 15
