Duff's Flowers won first place in the bridal wedding
bouquet division at the District No. 1 Georgia State
Florist meeting at Tate. District 1 includes florists from
Trion, Summerville, Rome, Canton, Rockmart, Dalton,
Calhoun, Chatsworth, Ringgold, Cartersville and
Marietta. The winning entry was a cascade bouquet
with pink tiger lilies, burgundy roses, white pearls and
trailing ivy.

Elizabeth Luther to James
Michael Holder took place at 4
g.m. Saturdag, May 31, at

The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Luther of
Menlo. The groom’s ;fmrents
are Mary Jo Holder of Rome
and I. E. Holder of Lindale.
The Rev. H. E. Nicholson
performed the double-ring

decorated with magnolia, ferns,
brass spiral and arch
