(Georgia laws 1965, page 2899) sealed bids will be
received by the Chattooga County Commissioner. Said
bids must be sealed with the words ‘‘Sealed Bid'’ writ
ten across the outside of the envelope and received
in the office of the Commissioner in the Chattooga
County Courthouse, Summerville, Georgia on or before
10:00 a.m., July 7, 1986 at which time and place same

Material and labor to pave 5.35 miles of surface
treatment road on the Georgia/Alabama State Line.
This road will be a 3 coat job, materials furnished by
the State. All work and material must meet State
Specifications.
Also various County roads to be paved with surface
treatment material which will include No. 67 & 89 stone
plus RS-2 or equivalent under County Contract. The
5 miles listed above will be in different areas of Chat
tooga County and will range from 14 ft. to 16 ft. in width.
Contractor agrees to furnish all material and do all work
with the exception of clipping and moisture.
