shoe store located in the Wal-
Mart Shopping Center on
Highway 27, North of
Summerville.
Pic 'N Pay Stores Inc,, is
one of America's leading self

pany, organized in June, 1957,
now operates 437 units in 15
states.
Summerville's new Pic 'N
Pai store typifies the ‘‘new
look’" of the chains interior and
exterior design. The modular

recognizable as the chain con
tinues its vigorous expansion

Congressman McDonald
was one of 269 victims aboard
Korean Air Lines flight 007 on
Sept. 1, 1983, when it was shot
down by the Soviet Union near
Sakhafln Island. Rep.
McDonald was enroute to
Seoul, Korea, to speak at the
30th anniversary of the U. S.-
Korean defense treaty. He was
a member of the House Armed
Services Committee.
Congressman McDonald, a
native Georgian, had been a
member of Congress since
January, 1975, representing
the northwest part of the state.
The service is being spon
sored by The Larry McDonald
Memorial Foundation, Inc.,
and Northside Indeflendent
Methodist Church, the con
gressman's home church.
