It being brought to the attention of the Commissioner
that certain vehicles and other equipment are beyond
repair, we class these as junk and are offering same to
the public as junk, with no warranty of any description.
Sale will be advertised four consecutive weeks in the
official organ of Chattooga County, The Summerville
News.
Sale will be held on the first Tuesday of July, 1988, on
the lot behind the Ambulance Service, at 10:00 o’clock
a.m. All bids will be made on the lot as same as a
Sheriff's Sale. Each article will be sold separately and
will be sold ““as is.” We have a few titles to some of the
trucks which will be produced with the truck by the
auctioneer. This notice and sale will be handled under
the law given by the County Commissioner’s Hand
book, Carl Vinson Institute. Articles must be moved
within ten days and payment made before removal.
This notice entered into the minutes of Chattooga
County on page no. 214 of the Chattooga County Com
missioner’s Minute Book this 17th day of May, 1988.
