UNDER POWER
IN SECURITY DEED
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 11th day of
June, 1987 Robert Cole Howard executed and '
delivered a certain security deed to BANK OF
DADE for the Qurgose of securing the in
debtedness therein described, which security
deed Apglenrl of record in Deed Book 216, page
292 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Chattooga County, Georgia, reference
to which deed is héreby made for its full terms,
provisions and conditions, and, |
WHEREAS, the debt secured by said
security deed aforesaid has become in Xefaull
as to the principal and interest, and the holder
thereof has declared the entire indebtedness
owing thereby at once immediately due and
payable;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the
terms, nsrovisions. and conditions of the
aforesaid security deed and the laws in such
cases made and provided, the undersigned will
offer for sale and will sell for cash on the first
Tuesday in October, 1988, to-wit: October 4,
