Bids will be accepted on a new office for Chat
tooga County Water District No. 1 no later than
12:00 noon Friday, April 7th, 1989, at which time
bids received will be opened. Bid information can
be obtained at a required Bid Meeting April 3rd,
10:00 a.m. at the Chattooga County Water District
No. 1 office on Old Highway 27 north of Trion. The
Board of the Water District reserves the right to
accept or reject any bid at its discretion.
Pursuant to an act of Legislature HB No. 414 (Geor%ia
Laws 1956, Page 2899 as amended), sealed bids will be
received by the Chattooga County Commissioner. §aid bids
must be sealed with the word ‘‘Sealed Bids’’ written across
the outside of the envelope and received in the office of the
Commissioner in the Chattooga County Courthouse, Sum
merville, Georgia, on or before 10 o’clock a.m., March 31,
1989, at which time bids will be opened.
The Commissioner reserves th< right to purchase any or
all items on bid at the offered price. Also, the Commissioner
reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
