Given To Academy
Seventeen sawed-off rifles and shotguns were given to
the Floyd College Police Academy, Rome, last week by
Chattooga County Sheriff Ralph Kellett. A Chattooga
Superior Court order noted that the Funs had not been
claimed and were no longer needed for evidence. They
will be used for training purposes at the academy.
Sheriff Kellett took them to the facility. (Staff Photo).
