The Chattooga High School boys and girls tennis teams
will open their 2000 season at 4 p.m. on March 21 at home
against Cherokee County, Ala.
The schedule follows:
March 23, LaFayette at home at 4 p.m.
March 25 at Alto Park against Coosa, Dade and Pepper
ell. The time will be announced later.
March 30, Trion at home at 4 p.m.
April 10, Coosa at home at 4 p.m.
April 11, Rome at home at 4 p.m.
April 13, Rockmart, at home at 4 p.m.
The Region 6-AA tournament will be held April 17 for the
girls team at the Rome Tennis Center.
On April 18, the boys will play at the Rome Tennis Center

Pro Basketball
Camp At Reinhardt
For the 19th consecutive
year, the Atlanta Pro Basketball
Camp, one of the most re
spected camps in the country,
will again be held this summer
on the Reinhardt College Cam
pus in Waleska.
The camp will be directed -
by Bob Reinlgardt, currently a
scout for the Golden State War
riors of the NBA and the
winningest coach in Georgia
State University history.
Coach Gerald Sharpe,
men’s head basketball coach in
Reinhardt will again serve as
the assistant director of the
camp.
The camp will run from
July 9 to July 14.
The Atlanta Pro Camp is
for boys age eiiht through se
niors in high school and is rec
ognized as one of the finest bas
ketball camps in the United
States. It is well attended b
young men in this area of NortK
Georgia. The camp is available
for boarding campers and/or
day camgers.

“hands-on” workshop to help
Chattooga High School seniors
and their parents fill out the
2000-2001 Free %pplication
for Federal Students Aid
(FAFSA).
The workshop is scheduled
at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 2 at
the }’lli'fih school.
e FAFSA form must be
completed before financial aid
is awarded at any college.
At the workshop, parents
will get help filling out the
forms and have other financial
questions answered as well.
Students do not have to be
rlanning to enroll at Floyd Col
ege in order to participate in
the free workshop.
