Bridge Letting,
GEORGIA. WhitiielU County.
Bills are invited for the construction
of a bridge over the Cotuisaugii river at.
a point on said river known as f Zant’s
Eorti, the same In ing on lhe line of Mur
ray' and Whitfield counties.
The contract will be let at public out
cry on the 27th day of Juno, 189(1,
to the lowest bidder at the sight pro
posed for the bridge.
Rids will be taken sep
arately, for a wrought iron highway
bridge, anil for a wooden lattice high
way bridge weather-boarded and cover
ed ; each to be of <>ne*singli> span of 105
feet between centers of hearing points.
Height of iton bridge superstructure,
seventeen feet between centres, and
twelve feet roadway. Heightof wooden
hitiee superstructure, twelve feet be
tween centres of chords, width twelve
feet between posts. All lumber and
shingles used in either bridge to be
strictly first class.
Substructure for iron bridge to be hoi
low cylinders of best boiler iron or steel
plate,'three ieet in diameter and one
quarter inch thick, filled w ith hydraulic
cement conerete, thirty-three feet a’oove
low water in river. For the wood bridge
substructure to be the same as for iron
bridge excepting that, the piersare to be
four ieet in diameter.

day of November, 1890, paymen* lor
the same, in cash, on or before January
