And he it further enaHed by the authority afore/aid, That his Ex cellency the Gover-nor be, and he is hereby atnhorifed and re quired on receiving the certifi cate or certificates of the trea furer as aforefaid, to iftue an order to the treafurer in the words following : “ You are hereby required to return out of the monies depo fited by A. B. pretended com pany, or by C. D. who held a receipt for monies paid to Qron account of faid pretended com pany now filed in the treafury, agreeably to your certificate of and debit the faid pretended company with the fame."
