cruel murder having been com

Hailey, in the county of Frank
lin in the Paid bate on or about
the leventh day of January laft,
which appears by a a itifrc-ue of
the verdift < f the inqueft held
thereon, fiom john Collins,
cfq. coroner of the f id roun.y,
and returned to the F xeemive
Department, to have been per
petrated by a ceitain John
M‘Kee, of the faid county of
Franklin, who has fince ab
fedrded.
In order therefore that the
faid John M‘Kee mm be brought
to exemplary juflice, 1 have
thought fit to iflue this my pro
clamation, hereby ofteing a re
ward of One Ilunirrd Dollars to
any peifon or perlons, who will
apprehend th laid ohn M Kec,
and lodge him in Tome fecilre
gaol within this ftare
And I fuither charge and re
quire all officers civil and mili
tary, belonging to this ft te, to
be aiding and affifhng in *ppre
