It is a terrible bereavement that has
come upon the family of Mr. D. W.

his eldest son Dave, who was just en

A few nights sinoe the yonng bey

to put him in the stable.
While taking the harness off the horse,
the hone became frightened at some
thing and ran several yards. The har

was dragged several yards over the
rough ground.
Jast before the horse stopped running
he kicked the boy very severely several
times indicting very dangerous.wounds.
Medical aid was at once summoned
and everything possible was done both
to alleviate pain and to save life, bat
without avail.
The injuries resulted in internal hem

not be checked.
Death came the relief of the sufferer
