W. D. McCoy, the colored United States
minister to Liberia, who died in that
country a few weeks ago, has been re*
ceived here for probat*. It provides
that eventually his entire estate shall
revert to the Indianapolis public
schools. The net revenue will amount
to $1,000 annually.
