marked that the court being a witness
he would dissolve court and give in his
testimony. Vacating his judicial seat,
be proceeded to give in his evidence,
and after testifying and undergoing a
searching examination, the oourt re
marked : "This court will now resolve
itself into a court and resume business,”
and then proceeded to announce the
judgment of the oourt, whiob was that
the defendant be oonfined in jail or give
bord for his appearance at the next
term of the superior court
