Deeds Confirmed,
The deeds to the Oconee Street church
parsonage recently sold to the Oconee
Oil aud Fertilizer Co., were confirmed
by the Hoard of Stewards yesterday and
the transfer is now complete. The houses
will probably be disposed of by the com
pany iu a few days and the erection of
the plant will begin at once.
