in the city aud in tho evening gave a
lecture in the Synagogue relate e t) the
oause of the Jewish Orphans Home in
Atlanta.
Mr Marx gave a most interesting and
instructing lecture aud made some very
fine points. He deluded to the fact that
the word charity aud iu ordinary accep
tance did not occur in the old testament
but was spoken of as justice and hu
manity.
No collection was taken at this ser
vice but yesterday morning the mem
bers of the congregation raised several
hundred dollars for the home.

THERE’S NO USE FOOLING!
Some people waste their eyesight in failing to im
