Gaudier, in his race for gubernatorial honors, was loud-mouthed about his interest in the children of Georgia and that he would never be in favor of taking one dollar from that approptiation; uow this is one of the ways he advo^ cates for retrenchments, and, his tea sons are so far fetched that any one can only be disgusted, who has any interest in tho children of Georgia— only the elementary branches should bo taught.
