Sudden Death.
Mrs. Lightfoot, wife of the chief
gardner of Jekyl Island, died last
evening very suddenly at 11J o’clock
of hembrhage.of the lungs. She was
quite well at supper time, was taken
sick a short while after, and by 11:30
,wasa corpse.
Mrs. Lightfoot was a cousin ofMr.
Geo. Cowman, of this city. Her home
is in this city, on the boulevard. She
leaves a husband and one child—both
of whom have all we can offer—our
sympathy.
Her remaihs will be brought up to
the city this afterhoon, and she will
be buried from the Methodist church
to-morrow.
