Steamship Notes.
The Bteamship San Antonia leaves
to day for Fcrnandina, on her first
trip sihee the epidemic there.
She second officer of tho steam
ship Sidonian became paralyzed yes
terday whilst walking along £ho street
near the Oglethorpe stable. His
companions got a carriage and took
him on board his ship, where ho was
attended by Dr. Bishop. He is rest
ing easily' to-day,.but his entire side
is paralyzed, and his face drawn to
one-side. Ho‘will bo sont to New
York for treatment.
Tho steampship Olympus finished
loading with cotton to-day, and will
proceed at once to Liverpool. She
has on bound 5,000 bales of cotton,
and was loaded in nino days by tbc
Brunswick Storage and Export Com
pany. This is as quick dispatch as any
city on this coast can offer at this
season of tho year, when the cotton
business is at its biggest rush.
Tho steamship Bedford left Now
York yesterday’ for Brunswick, and
will load for tho Brunswick Storage
and Export Company, either for
Bremen or Liverpool—her destina
tion not yet sctled.
