City Conference Board Decides
There Are Too Many Holidays

A general order has been Issued by

public schools, to the effect that there
will be no Hood Friday holiday »b

Superintendent* Kvann state* that
there are already too many holidays

and while he fully recognise* the
sacred meaning of the day, he be

to continue In session.
The derision that there would be
no public school holiday on Good Fri
day this year was made b> the city
conference board, composed of the
school trustees of the si* city ward*
and the president of the board
After Good Friday there will be no
more school holidays until Memorial
