A. MeKnight did on the 12th day ot
February, 1913, execute and deliver m
deed to the property hereinafter de
scribed to Edward £ Bolding, to secure
a loan of one thousand <|l.ofK») dollars
and interest from date at the rate of
eight (8 per cent.) per cent, per annum,
together with ten (10 per rent.) per cent,
attorney’* fees as evidenced by aaro
note.
And whereas, tinder the terms of said
security deed, as recorded in the Office
of Clerk of the Superior Court of Rich*
inond County, in Hook N<>. 7 F«, pages
No. 411*12*13. power of attorney was
granted to the said Edward S. BeUHntr,
his heirs and assigns to sell said here
inafter described property, after adver
tising the same once a week for four
weeks in case default was made in the
payment of said note.
And whereas, default in said payment
has been made, there wil! he sold on the
first Tuesday in May, 1914. before the
Court House door of said County, be
tween the legai hours of sale, to the
highest bidder for cash:

Whcrews, on the 10th day of April,
1914, The United Slates filed Its label in
the District Court of the United States
tor the Southern District of Georgia
against five cases of canned peas in the
possession of Tomaso Hchiadaressl, at
Augusta, in said District, in a cause of
Libel in Rein for Condemnation, under
which 498 cans of “Dilance Brand,”
Canned Peas, have been seized by the
United States Marshal for said District;
And, Whereas, by virtue of process in
due form of law. to me directed, re
turnable on the 12th day of May, 1914, I
have seized and taken the sa.d 498 cans
of Canned Peas, and have them in my
custody.
Notice is hereby given, That a Dis
trict Court will be held In the United
States Court Room in the City of Au
gust , in said ■ District, on the 12th day
of May, 1914, for the trial of said
premises, and the owwr or owners, and
all persons who may have or claim any
interest, are hereby cited to be and ap-
P**ar at the time and place aforesaid, to
show cause, if any they have, why a
