WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29. IPITICE IF IGLEI! HEART Subject of Discourse at Re vival Meeting This A. Ivl. at St. John's Church. The union revival meetings which are biing conducted at the C. & W. C. depot under the leadership _of Rev. Frank Hall Wright continues" to at tract great numbers of people, and if is felt by those in control that great good is being accomplished. The ser mons of this forceful speaker are not only presenting a powerful persua sion to unbelievers to accept Christ as their savior, but he is appealing with good effect to the professing Christians to make their lives count for more, and to give Christ the con trol. This morning at St. John’s a very effective service was held, bringing out a good attendarfbe. The text was Prov. 23:7. "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." Mr. Wright said in part: "Tour heart gives you your true character. It is the seat of your moral nature, the center of conscience, the source of faith. Sin also begins in the heart, so the work of God must go down within us. Many are outwardly good while within they are unclean. We can overcome our worse overt sins more easily than the secret sins of the soul. Only as we keep our eyes, on Christ may we have victory here. The preacher said: “If all murderers were in jail there would iftt be enough left outside to run business, for Christ says that the person who cherishes anger in his heart is a murderer, as you think in your heart so are you. The came is true about thieves. It started on me when I was but 13 years old and am now 34, and have suffered all these years. I started with small pimples all over my face, arms and hands. My hands would sweJl up so that J could not shut them, and I was almost blind. it would itch, then burn, and 1 had to keep the affected parts wrapped up so that 1 would* not scratch them. I couldn’t sleep at all— just walked the floor a whole night. “I have tried many different remedies, and spent a large sum of money, but had no relief. Resino.l Soap and Resinol Ointment were recommended to ire. They gave me great relief after the third application, and aft?r using four jars of Resinol Ointment and three cakes of Resinol Soap. I am completely cured.” (Signed) Mrs. H. E. Fleager, Box 13, Dauphin, Pa. The battleground of every contending force of good and evil is the heart. If you are bank rupt, face the ledger. There is just one thing I want more than anything else —his approval in that great day.' Is Sickness a Sin? Excess in eating, drinking, smoking, working, even excessive anger, over loads Nature and is sinful. The whole mucous lining of your body is similarly coated and the bad taste and coated tongue are warnings that the Bile. The Mucosa, as it is called, must be cleaned —your blood must be disin fected —and a free flow of Nature's own disinfectant, Bile, is the only gen uine relief. - PoDoLax Releases the Bile Your father and his father took Pod ophyllin or May Apple Root in their day to release the Bile. And it did it —but the doing doubled them up with pain. The griping was intense—so. mollycoddle laxatives came into use and they failed to deliver the Bile. PoDoLax is a Podophyllin formula with the gripe and nausea taken out. Every chilli takes it without grimace It costs 50c per bottle and is entitled to a place in every home.
