Ail persons voting at such election In favor of the issuance of such bonds shall have writ ten or printed on their ballots the words "For bonds for the purpose of protection ags-nsr roods" and ail persons opposed to the Issuance of such bonds shall hav# written or printed on their ballots the words "Against bonds for the purpose of protection against floods." Section 2 Should the issuance of such bonds !>• assented to by two-thirds of ’be qualified voters of Augusta and should such nmount of bonds he ascer tained to be within the limit of bonds authorized to be issued, under the Con stitutional Amendment as hereinafter fully set for»h there shall be authorized to Me issued and sold by The City Coun cil of Augusta under the provisions of this ordinance.
