Ail persons voting at such election in favor of the issuance of such bonds shall have writ ten or printed on their ballots the words 'For bonds for the purpose of protection Against floods" and ad persons opposed to the issuance of such bonds shrill have written or printed on their ballots the words "Against bonds for the purpose of protection against floods."
