Section I—That on the first day of
June. 1914. there shall be held In this
City an election under the registry Ist

vide for the registration of voters for
an election or elections to be held to de

adopted June 23rd, 1913, and approved

Section 4 These bonds are intended to
be issued under and by virtue of the au
thority contained in the Amendment to

curred by any county, municipal cor

centum of the assessed value of all the
taxable property therein, and no such
county, municipality or division shall
incur any new debt, except for a tem
porary loan or loans to supply casual
deficiencies of revenua. not to exceed
one-fifth of one per centum of the us
seased value of taxable property therein.

Bros., Bankrupts, together with all fix
tures in. the store formerly occupied by

longing to said bankrupt estate. The es
timated value of said stock of goods and
fixtures Is four hundred and fifty dol
lars, and the face value of said notes
and accounts is one hundred and eighty
six dollars and thirty-three cents.
The said property will be offered for
sale in lots or parcels, and then offered
for »ale in bulk, the sale to be subject
to confirmation by the Referee in Bank
ruptcy and tlie best aggregate bid to
he accepted. No bid wll be accepted
unless accompanied by a certified check
or other satisfactory security for at le iat
