SATURDAY. MAY 30. r he Dingbat Family .... . . That Wouldn’t Have Been a Bad Idea I "wmOHtL f j° \^feeu>w^jg^g s T>«s) v — h \ / (X m CPCIL)P WE CAPTURE A BOITH CAME Contest Became Merry-Go- Round After Second Inning When Brouthers Was Chased From Grounds. The Albany Bibles copped the second game of the series in Albany yesterday afternoon from the Combacks by the score of 18 to 7. The game was turned into a farce when Manager Brouthers was chased from the grounds by Umpire VitteT as the results of an argument be tween the two. It is claimed that ‘‘Babe’’ was in the right and that his “Umps,” Vitter, was simply out after his scalp, so to speak. Well, he captured it yes terday, but “Babe’s” 'PStpidly growing another and in the future he’s going to watch it. The team was so switched about yesterday that its hard to tell which is which. Well, Brouthers is back in the game this afternoon and there will be no chance for the local players to get rat tled as they did yesterday, as they evi dently did. that is. judging from the mix-up in the line-up. The htting of McDowell, Parker. Er win. Wells. Durmeyer, Burgess and Ber ger featured. A catch by Hanna against the leftfield fence of Neyenhouse’s long drive was also a feature.
