Weiner and Isidore Weiner), Bankrupts.
In Bankruptcy.
Pursuant to an order of Hon. Joseph
Ganahl, Referee in Bankruptcy, there
will be sold on the tenth day of June,
1914, at twelve o’clock noon, at the
premises formerly occupied by the afore
said Bankrupts, at No. 504 Broad street,
Augusta, Ga., at public outcry, lo the
highest bidder for cash, free of all liens,
the following property, to wit:
All the stock of goods, wares, and gen
era! merchandise of the said Weiner
Bros., Bankrupts, together with all fix
tures In the store formerly occupied by
them: also all notes and accounts be
longing to said bankrupt estate. The es
timated value of said stock of goods and
fixtures is four hundred and fifty dol
lars, and the face value of said notes
and accounts is one hundred and eighty
six dollars and thirty-three cents.
The said property will be offered for
sale In lots or parcels, and then offered
for sale |n bulk, the sale to be subject
to confirmation by the Referee in Bank
ruptcy and the best aggregate bid to
be accepted. No bid wdl be accepted
unless accompanied by a certified check
or other satisfactory security for at least
ten per cent of the amount of said bid.
Inspection of the Inventory can be had
on application to the undersigned. The
store of the Bankrupts will be open one
half an hour before the sale in order
to permit inspection of the stock by
bidders and prospective purchasers.
