Two Clues Found As to
Drowned Woman's Name
Schenectady, N. Y.—Two clues were
found today bearing on the mystery <>(
the woman’s torso found yesterday in
the Mohawk river. One was the fact
that on May 20 a young man hired a
skiff at a local boat, livery and took
aboard a heavy bundle wrapped In a
burlap sack, and a chunk of concrete.
He rowed down stream and was not
seen again. The skiff was returned
to the owner during the night. The
other clue caused the police to inves
tigate the disappearance a month ago
of Miss Kaeda, who lived on the out
skirts of the city. The dismembered
body showed evidence of having been
in the river for about a month.

You Can Have Hot Water
Cold baths are a fine thing for
those who like them, or rather those who
can endure them. The shock that must
follow when the warm body comes in con

severe for many of us.
There is no reason why you should de
