Miss Florence Luray Overton, of
Plainfield, N. .(., was a very beautiful
event that took place on the sixteenth

were Mr. C. Wolfe-Tone Overton,

Mrs. Crane is already very .pleas
antly known here where she visited
last, winter witli her mother, and
since Mr. Crane's residence in Au
gusta he has made many friends.
He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Eli
Crane, of liawarden, lowa. He is a
graduate of the lowa University, a
member of Theta Xi fraternity and of
Tan Bela Pl»i and Sigma Xi. Mr.
Crane while in Augusta is represent
ing the Whitney Construction Com
pany in the erection of the Empire

quite seriously ill. Mr. McCreary went
on to Atlanta but Mrs. McCreary will
remain until Wednesday with her
family on The Hill.
