The registration for the city white primary of July 10th closed yester day. There was a heavy registration in two wards, the third and sixth. The sixth broke all records for the ward with a total of 725. while the third came up with 778. During the past two days the registration in these two days has been particularly heavy. In the third Mr. J. A. Hood is the only candidate so declared by the subcommittee, but Dr. Geo. T. Horne, who failed to enter by the time sheduled for entries to close, has ap pealed to the entire primary commu te to allow him to enter also. The registration in the first, second, fourth and fifth is considerably below normal, due to there being no contest ants in these wards.
