The vote was unani mous. BARS SCHOOL WAR TALK. Philadelphia.—To insure neutrality in the school rooms of this city, Wm. C. Jacobs, acting superintendent of schools, today placed a ban on all dis cussions of war topics during school hours. History and geography of Eu ropean nations involved in the con flict is to be passed over and the hundreds of teachers returning from vacations abroad will not be permit ted to relate their experiences to the children.
